Our Story

Do you know what this picture is? We do. It is a well. A dry well. A problematic well. A faulty well. A major problem. Whatever you call it, a well with insufficient water can be troublesome. That’s where we come in. We lived it. Water Wagon LLC started in SW Washington (yes, where water freely falls down from the sky most of the year). We were living on 5 acres with 3 completely dry wells! We tried everything short of another incredibly expensive attempt for a new well. We have done the off grid thing. We’ve done the rain catchment thing. And we’ve mastered the holding tank/cistern thing. We noticed many of our neighbors were having major issues with their well water too. We did our research, weighed our options, and decided to found Water Wagon LLC where we could bring the best customer service and potable water to friends, family, neighbors and customers around us. We have expanded to several water trucks and multiple states. We love our customers and sincerely try to treat our customers how we want to be treated, bringing the same water we would bring to our family. We are a US Military Veteran family owned company.

Side note: Some people on city water service ask us why in the world anyone would pay for our water delivery? They have not lived on land without a reliable water source, so it is understandably hard to comprehend. Those of us that have lived off grid, or with finicky wells, know that sometimes wells do not keep up. Sometimes things break. Sometimes sand or other debris gets in and plugs things up. Sometimes an expensive water pump burns out trying to fill a pool. Sometimes the water aquifer underground shifts and leaves us dry. The list goes on! Wells can be finicky. Water delivery service is a sure thing. We aspire that our customers never go without fresh water!
